Previous experience on Network Rail projects for tier one/principal contractors would be advantageous. Candidates residing in the Oxford/Swindon region would be preferred as a continuous site presence for at least 3 days a week is required.   Duties for this opportunity include - Management of subcontractor accounts from procurement through to final account. Preparation and agreement of Applications for Payment and Valuations. Cost reporting, forecasting and monthly CVR production. Management of compensation events, variations and change control. Assessment, negotiation and agreement of subcontractor payments. Procurement of subcontract packages and preparation of enquiry documentation. Preparation and management of NEC/Network Rail contract documentation. Production and maintenance of cost plans and budgets. Identification and management of commercial risk and opportunities.
