The business combines design, manufacture and construction, with specialist in-house capabilities including bespoke joinery and fit-out. Its current project at Shotton Mill is a major architectural package incorporating drylining, ceilings, screeds, floor finishes, fire-rated panelling and more than 400 doorsets. The Role As Quantity Surveyor , you will take responsibility for the commercial management of a major live construction project, working closely with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, suppliers and wider commercial function.
