This includes preparing and managing valuations, procurement of subcontractors, and ensuring contracts are delivered profitably and compliantly.Key Responsibilities:Preparing interim valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accountsSupporting with tender pricing, take-offs, and cost planningManaging subcontractor procurement, orders, and paymentsTracking project costs and forecasting commercial performanceLiaising closely with site teams, clients, and senior stakeholdersMaintaining contract compliance and supporting dispute resolution where requiredIdeal Candidate:Minimum 3+ years'' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, ideally fire protection, MandE, or fit-outStrong commercial acumen with a detail-oriented approachExcellent understanding of JCT and/or NEC forms of contractConfident ..... full job details .....
