As the business continues to develop its project portfolio, they are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of construction projects. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Quantity Surveyor with approximately 5-10 years'' experience to take ownership of project commercial activities, manage costs and maximise financial performance. The successful candidate will have experience working with NEC forms of contract and be confident managing project costs, subcontractor accounts, applications for payment, variations and final accounts.
