This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS or an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career. The Role You will be responsible for the commercial management of a varied portfolio of works, predominantly covering: Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments Roofing projects Window replacement programmes Internal and external refurbishment works Occasional M&E works Working within a schedule of rates environment, you will manage costs, valuations, variations, and commercial reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
