Quantity Surveyor National Property Services Contractor Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid: 2 days WFH) Salary: Up to £55,000 + £450/month car allowance + 27 days holidayAre you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in refurbishment projects? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national property services contractor, based out of their modern office near Milton Keynes.The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of refurbishment and social housing projects. You ll take full commercial responsibility across the project lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to drive value, reduce risk, and ensure smooth financial management.Your responsibilities will include: Managing and monitoring the CVR process. Procuring and managing subcontractors. Preparing, submitting, and agreeing variations. Working with Schedules of Rates and ensuring accurate reporting. Preparing and maintaining Excel-based project documentation. Driving commercial best practice and risk avoidance strategies. Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams. About You We re looking for someone with: Proven experience in refurbishment projects (social housing experience highly desirable).
