Quantity Surveyor Social Housing Refurbishment (Streatham) Up to £50,000 Benefits I m currently working with a leading social housing refurbishment contractor delivering a long-term reactive repairs contract in partnership with a major London borough. They re looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their established commercial team based in Streatham.This is a key role within a £32m annual contract, focused on delivering high-quality reactive maintenance works across the borough. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring monthly commercial targets are achieved with the team typically managing around £2.5m of spend per month.
