This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience across planned maintenance, social housing, refurbishment or framework contracts to join a long-term programme of works. Experience working with NHF and/or Target Price Model frameworks would be highly desirable. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of planned works across the framework, working closely with the client, operational teams, subcontractors and wider commercial team. You will be involved in validating properties and blocks, obtaining prices for proposed works and submitting costs to the client for approval, before managing the commercial process through to completion.
