Working within the  Planned Works  division, you''ll play a key role in delivering refurbishment and improvement programmes across residential properties, ensuring commercial performance while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial performance of Planned Works contracts from inception through to final account. Prepare, submit and agree valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Monitor project costs, budgets and forecasts to maximise profitability. Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including valuations and payments. Identify, manage and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities. Produce accurate cost reports and commercial forecasts.
