This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced nature of planned works and wants to be involved in high-volume programmes with consistent, long-term work already secured. The role will focus heavily on planned maintenance schemes, primarily kitchens and bathrooms, managing projects valued up to £2m within a live social housing environment. This position offers a strong balance between office and site exposure, with the majority of time spent within a supportive commercial team environment.
