Quantity SurveyorLocation: East Norfolk, Cambridge and Essex Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, depending on experienceWe are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing business delivering a range of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across East Norfolk, Cambridge, Essex.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS or an ambitious Junior Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.The RoleYou will be responsible for the commercial management of a varied portfolio of works, predominantly covering:Kitchen and bathroom refurbishmentsRoofing projectsWindow replacement programmesInternal and external refurbishment worksOccasional MandE worksWorking within a schedule of rates environment, you will manage costs, valuations, variations, and commercial reporting to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within planned maintenance, refurbishment, or social housing environmentsExperience working with schedules of ratesStrong commercial awareness and cost management skillsThe ability to build effective relationships with clients and operational teamsExperience conducting or supporting open book audits would be highly advantageous, although not essentialApplications are welcomed from both experienced Quantity Surveyors and junior-level candidates with relevant industry experience and a desire to ..... full job details .....
