Quantity Surveyor

We on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable contractor, who delivers services across regeneration, refurbishment and new build projects throughout the residential and hospitality sectors.Working with Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, Private Landlords and Developers, they deliver high-quality construction solutions including external wall systems, roofing renewals, building conversions, refurbishment works, retrofit and specialist construction projects.Location: Potters BarSalary: up to £80,000 (DOE) You will need to have a core understanding as a Quantity Surveyor, managing projects from procurement through to practical completion across residential remedial Facades and Cladding projects, with a core knowledge of passive fire protection, fire stopping and fire breaks.To manage all commercial and financial aspects across assigned projects to ensure robust reporting of profit and loss outputs via monthly CVR process. Potential line management of other QS resources as required with full responsibility of reporting monthly against budget, preparing monthly valuations to ensure the business receives full payment for all work activities and projects are delivered in line with the company''s financial targets.
