Quantity Surveyor

One of the North''s largest and most established Regional Contractors is seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a large affordable homes and retirement living scheme in the Bridlington area. As a Quantity Surveyor working within a friendly and skilled commercial team, you will be responsible for managing valuations, sub-contract procurement, cost control and reporting, and change control/contract administration.
