Quantity Surveyor

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to provide commercial support across a varied portfolio of facilities and project works in Wiltshire. You''ll take responsibility for pricing, cost control and commercial reporting, working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.

This role covers the full project lifecycle, from scoping and pricing works through to change control, risk management and dispute resolution, with a strong focus on value for money and commercial performance.

The Role
 
As the Quantity Surveyor, you''ll:

• Scope and price works, ensuring value for money and commercial accuracy.
• Manage cost modelling, financial analysis and commercial reporting.
• Maintain commercial control throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage commercial risks, change control and project cost variations.
• Work closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
• Support commercial negotiations and dispute resolution when required.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across commercial processes.
• Provide commercial guidance and support to colleagues across the business.

About You
 
To be successful as the Quantity Surveyor, you''ll have:

• Commercial experience within construction, property maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of pricing frameworks, cost control and financial analysis.
• A Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent practical commercial experience.
• Experience managing commercial risk, variations and change control.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with operational and supply chain teams.
• Previous experience within secure or government environments would be advantageous.
