Quantity Surveyor Ystalyfera, Swansea (Hybrid Working Available) Permanent £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + Career Progression A growing specialist engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in South Wales. The business delivers high-voltage electrical infrastructure, grid connection, substation and energy transition projects across the UK and continues to expand within one of the country''s fastest-growing sectors. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of projects from contract award through to final account settlement, and play a key role in the continued growth and commercial success of the business. The Role You will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring costs are controlled, risks are effectively managed and project profitability is maximised throughout the project lifecycle. Working alongside Project Managers, Engineers and Finance teams, you will oversee applications, valuations, variations, subcontract management and final accounts.
