This is a full-time, permanent position based in South Wales, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects with a strong reputation for quality and reliability. The Quantity Surveyor will manage all contractual and financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, value for money, and compliance with required standards. Key Responsibilities Cost Management: Monitor budgets and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Reporting: Prepare detailed cost analysis reports and recommend best options. Procurement and Payments: Maintain accurate financial records and oversee payment processes.
