The role will involve overseeing commercial delivery on live housing works, with a strong focus on subcontractor procurement, cost control, and payment management. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams, site management, and the client to ensure robust commercial governance throughout the contract lifecycle. While the role is ideally site-based, hybrid working arrangements can be considered for the right individual.
