We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked within a specialist subcontractor environment and understand the full commercial lifecycle of projects, from pre-contract and procurement through variations, valuations and ultimately final account. Experience within high-end interiors, bespoke joinery, specialist fit-out, furniture, stone, architectural finishes or other design-led subcontract packages would be particularly relevant. This is less suited to someone whose experience has been entirely within a main contractor or general housebuilding environment without responsibility for commercially managing specialist packages.
