The Role: Manage bespoke fit-out, residential, commercial and heritage projects valued between £100k-£1.5m Take responsibility for the commercial and operational delivery of projects Manage valuations, variations, invoicing, procurement and final accounts Monitor project costs and financial performance using Excel Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure projects remain on programme and within budget Work closely with clients, architects, interior designers and main contractors Support project planning, ..... full job details .....
