The company operates across general construction, refurbishment, restoration, repair and maintenance, delivering a varied portfolio of projects across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and the wider Eastern region. Current work ranges from public-sector refurbishment and housing maintenance programmes through to commercial fit-outs and larger construction projects, with project values typically ranging from around -1m to -2m. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys being hands-on and wants genuine responsibility across both commercial and operational aspects of projects.
