Position: Quantity Surveyor Location: Billericay - Office-based Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 Quantity Surveyor - Job Overview A specialist Mechanical Contractor based in Essex, with over 60 years of industry experience, is looking for an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Projects Division. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the management of contractual and financial aspects of MandE projects across Commercial and Healthcare sites, including preparing Payment Applications, Cashflows, Monthly PandL Reports, and Cost Estimates. This role will be suitable for junior to intermediate-level Quantity Surveyors, and it would be ideal if the candidate has worked on MandE Projects/Construction within the commercial industry.
