Quantity Surveyor - DemolitionSalary: 35,000 - 45,000 + Company Car / AllowanceBennett and Game Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established specialist demolition contractor who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.This is a dynamic, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across both tendering and live projects, supporting the delivery of complex demolition works across a range of sectors.Quantity Surveyor Position OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple demolition contracts from tender stage through to final account, ensuring commercial performance, compliance, and effective project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, price, and submit competitive tendersManage multiple projects from contract award through to final accountPrice variations, including asbestos works and demolition packagesSupport the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, and HandS documentationLiaise with clients, site teams, Contracts Managers, and senior leadershipProvide commercial support to operational teams on contractual mattersQuantity Surveyor Position RequirementsPrevious experience within demolition, construction, or a related sectorBackground working for a contractor or subcontractorGood understanding of construction contracts and commercial processesStrong organisational and time management skillsProactive and commercially aware approachExcellent communication and IT skillsAbility to ..... full job details .....
