Our client is an established, independent Construction Consultancy with over 60 years of experience delivering Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying services across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Worcester office.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected consultancy with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the retail, commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, heritage and public sectors. The successful candidate will work on a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, fit-out and new build developments for a range of private and public sector clients, many of whom have long-term relationships with the business.The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in both pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying, working closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors throughout the full project lifecycle.
