The facades division works exclusively on new-build schemes covering SFS boarding, brick slip cladding, and aluminium and terracotta facade systems. The team of around 22 delivers work nationwide, with a strong pipeline of secured projects across the Midlands, Bristol and Milton Keynes. The QS will report directly to the Commercial Director and mentor a junior QS, taking commercial ownership of significant new-build facade packages with values ranging from -1 million to -20 million.
