An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a long-term rail infrastructure framework. You''ll become part of a commercial function, working alongside Assistant Quantity Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their commercial experience within a supportive team while working across a varied portfolio of civil engineering and building renewal projects. The Role You''ll manage multiple projects simultaneously across both development and delivery workstreams. . Key Responsibilities Cost control and commercial management Cost forecasting and accrual management Producing straightforward CVRs Setting up and administering subcontracts Managing project finances throughout delivery Commercial close-out of completed projects Working closely with operational teams both on site and in the office About You We''re keen to hear from candidates with experience in: Quantity Surveying within civil engineering or infrastructure FM or maintenance environments managing multiple live projects Commercial, finance or project accounting professionals looking to transition into a Quantity Surveying role You''ll ideally have: Strong cost control and forecasting experience Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously NEC contract experience (preferred but not essential) We''re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to ..... full job details .....
