Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor Gatwick and Central London 40 Hours per Week 6 month contract An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team delivering a diverse range of infrastructure and construction projects within a major framework programme. Applications from experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyors are also welcomed. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial notices, correspondence, valuations, and payment applications. Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasting, and cash flow. Support risk and value management activities. Administer contracts and manage subcontractor procurement. Prepare commercial reports and maintain contract compliance. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives. About You Strong commercial and financial acumen. Experience within construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects. Good understanding of contracts and commercial management. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team. Desirable Qualifications RICS or CICES accredited degree. Working towards or holding RICS/CICES membership.
