The Role We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Planned Repairs and Maintenance division. In this vital role, you''ll ensure commercial excellence across our projects, managing valuations, pricing variations, maximising profit, and working closely with clients, delivery teams, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Lead, manage and monitor all commercial activities to achieve project objectives. Ensure project profit targets are met, with effective cashflow and margin control.
