Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Planned Works and Voids to join our Southampton-based team, supporting a live social housing maintenance framework delivering planned maintenance and void refurbishment works. This is a commercially focused role operating within a Schedule of Rates (SOR) environment, supporting the effective commercial management of planned works and void programmes. The role will involve surveying, scoping, measuring, valuing and commercially managing works across a live framework contract, with a strong focus on Schedule of Rates pricing and operational support. This role supports a long-term strategic partnership with a key social housing client, offering stability, continuity of work and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development and success of a live operational framework.
