The Opportunity

Following recent project wins and sustained growth within the aviation infrastructure market, the company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding London-based aviation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS to gain exposure to major airport and airside infrastructure projects, including terminal developments, runway and taxiway works, and critical aviation utilities, while developing strong technical and commercial expertise within a supportive consultancy environment. You’ll work closely with experienced senior professionals, with a clearly defined progression route towards Senior QS and beyond.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:

• Delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services on aviation and airport infrastructure projects

• Supporting the commercial management of airside, landside, and aviation civil engineering schemes

• Preparing cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk assessments aligned to aviation frameworks

• Assisting with contract administration, change control, and commercial reporting

• Attending client meetings with airport authorities, operators, and Tier 1 contractors

• Working collaboratively within a growing aviation-focused project team

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

• Consultancy / PQS experience (essential)

• Exposure to aviation, airport, transport, or major infrastructure projects (highly desirable)

• Strong commercial awareness and confident client-facing communication skills

• MRICS status, or actively working towards chartership (full support provided)

• A genuine ambition to progress within a growing, specialist aviation consultancy team
