It operates from offices in Birmingham, Doncaster, and Cwmbran.What will I be doing?The Quantity Surveyor is required to provide commercial support to the project team, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and ensure that the Company s objectives are achieved. They will liaise with client representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.On a day to day basis you will:Manage the commercial aspects of multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects.Prepare, submit and agree interim valuations and applications for payment.Identify, price and negotiate variations and compensation events.Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans and cash flow forecasts.Monitor project costs, profitability and commercial performance.Procure subcontractors and suppliers, including preparing enquiries, analysing quotations and negotiating orders.Administer subcontract agreements, ..... full job details .....
