      <description>Location: Hatfield | Salary: 50000.00-50000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Atheray Stone are currently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure contractor working across the M25 corridor. This role offers a flexible working arrangement, with a mix of site-based work, office attendance in either Hatfield or Dartford, and home working. You''ll be responsible for:  Managing project costs, forecasting, and financial performance Supporting subcontract procurement and ongoing commercial management Administering NEC contracts, including change control and payments Identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and variations Producing monthly reporting, including CVR and progress updates Supporting the resolution of commercial challenges and queries  You''ll bring:  Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within civil engineering or infrastructure Strong commercial awareness, with confidence managing costs and reporting on project performance A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams A good understanding of NEC contracts (essential) Experience in highways or infrastructure environment...</description>
