This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and professional organisation.The Role:Our client is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team across a range of development projects. You will be involved from early cost planning stages through to project delivery and final account, working closely with senior commercial and project management professionals.This role would suit an individual keen to develop their commercial skillset within a supportive and structured environment.Key Responsibilities:Measurements, drawings and estimation from site Supporting Administration under JCT forms Attend site visits and meetingsAssist with project estimates and budgetsWork on tender documentation Monitor project costsMaintain accurate recordsAdhere to all health and safetyThe person:Degree qualified or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying.Some experience or placement within construction, consultancy or property development is advantageousStrong numerical, analytical and IT skills (Excel essential)Good communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, organised and eager to learnFull UK driving licence required What''s on ..... full job details .....
