Projects may range from specialist works such as fire door installations and compliance upgrades through to major refurbishment and construction schemes valued between -10 million and -15 million. This is primarily a site-based/static role, with the successful candidate based on a designated project. However, there may be occasional requirements to attend the head office or other company locations for meetings, reporting, or commercial reviews.
