They predominately operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Stadia.   They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £20million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured.   The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Commercial Team with introduction of experienced Quantity Surveyors & Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This has been instigated with a recent opportunities secured in Northampton & Leicestershire.   The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on New Build projects Have Commercially & Contractually manged your own project as a number 1 Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment   Salary & Package: up to £56,000 per annum D.O.E plus car allowance Contributory pension scheme Competitive benefits package ...
