Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor Location: Birmingham City Centre Salary: up to £70,000 plus package D.O.E Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £60 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics and Distribution, Multi-room and Stadia. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £20million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Commercial Team with introduction of experienced Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This has been instigated with a recent £10 million project being secured in Birmingham City Centre.
