This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects within the Built Environment sectorYou will work closely with project teams, providing commercial support from tender stage through to project completion, ensuring financial performance and contractual compliance are maintained throughout.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercial support and guidance to project teams across multiple projectsReview tender stage terms and conditionsPrepare and submit monthly progress valuationsProduce accurate and timely variation submissionsMonitor site progress, identifying potential delay eventsAttend site visits and client meetings as requiredAbout YouWe are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Essential Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience within the construction services industry or GraduateStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilityGood knowledge of construction management principles and practicesAbility to manage workload and prioritise ..... full job details .....
