With a turnover of approximately 15 million, and an impressive portfolio of projects across the UK, this family ran business has built a reputation for delivering high-quality protective coating solutions on some of the country''s most significant commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. Due to continued growth and an increasing project pipeline, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of major projects and play a key role in the commercial success of the business. THE ROLE This is a genuine senior-level opportunity offering autonomy, responsibility and influence. Rather than operating within a large QS team, you''ll take full commercial ownership of projects from initial tender through to final account, working closely with operational, production and site teams throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of this project whilst also overseeing additional contracts across the business. Key Responsibilities Full commercial ownership of projects from order placement through to final account. Managing project budgets, forecasts and cost reporting. Preparing, negotiating and agreeing variations. Managing contractual correspondence and commercial risk. Supporting estimating and tendering activities.
