This role involves taking commercial responsibility for multiple groundworks packages including roads, drainage, foundations, and externals, on residential developments across the South West. You’ll work closely with operational teams and housebuilder clients, managing projects from initial cost planning through to final accounts. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in quantity surveying within groundworks or civil engineering, with a strong understanding of residential projects. You should be commercially savvy, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of managing multiple live sites simultaneously.
