Quantity Surveyor £60,000 £70,000 Permanent Bristol An established UK construction contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its Bristol team, working across a portfolio of high-value construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong QS looking to join a well-established contractor offering varied projects, long-term career development and a supportive working environment. The Role Working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams, you''ll take responsibility for key commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and analysing project budgets Procuring subcontractors and the wider supply chain Preparing subcontract order documentation Assessing and certifying subcontractor interim payments Preparing interim valuations and final account submissions Managing and valuing variations Assisting with Extension of Time claims and Loss and Expense submissions Identifying and managing commercial risks Supporting the production of accurate monthly Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports Building effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Ensuring strong communication between commercial and operational site teams About You We''re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who can demonstrate: A relevant degree qualification Strong construction industry experience Good working knowledge of JCT ..... full job details .....
