They work in the public and private sector. But this position will be focussed on their public sector workstream with a government body. The work is commercial interior refurbishments of buildings across the country. A mixture of high volume and larger office building refurbishments.      This role will be carrying out cost assurance on behalf of the client. Reviewing cost plans and providing comments to contractors carrying out the work.      Ideally they are looking for someone from a contracting background or with an interiors/fit-out business.
