This is a great opportunity for a QS who wants hands-on commercial exposure, genuine responsibility and the chance to progress into running their own projects. The Role: You''ll initially work closely with the senior commercial team across: * Pre-contract estimating, take-offs and pricing * Cost planning and commercial management * Supporting live CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects * Working with consultants, landlords, clients and subcontractors * Supporting delivery and project management where required * Developing towards independently managing schemes from -50k up to -5m The successful candidate will be someone who is commercially switched-on, client-facing and happy to get stuck into the detail.
