Location: Immingham
Salary: -50k 65k + package, depending on experience

I''m currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team of an established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor working on a major project in Immingham.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their commercial experience while working alongside an experienced project and commercial team.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the commercial management of the project
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Subcontractor management
• Procurement and package management
• Applications and valuations
• Managing variations and change
• Assisting with final accounts
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Quantity Surveying experience within civils or infrastructure
• NEC experience
• Good commercial awareness
• Experience dealing with subcontractors
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and desire to develop
