Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established infrastructure and utilities contractor delivering essential projects across the UK.Working closely with the Commercial Manager and operational teams, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of projects from inception through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving commercial performance, managing project costs, maximising profitability, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.The successful candidate will be commercially astute, detail-oriented, and confident managing both financial and contractual aspects of multiple projects.The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for controlling project costs, managing subcontractor accounts, administering contracts, and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance.
