Quantity Surveyor

Albion Search are currently working with a PLC house builder who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to work out of their Leeds regional office.

The ideal candidate will have house building experience and will be in commutable distance to Leeds. Hybrid working is available, based between the office, home and sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Cost Management
• Sub-Contractor liaison
• Dealing with contractual issues
• Sub-Contractor payments
• Procurement
• CVR''s
• Final account settlements

You will be working with a strong commercial lead who can offer genuine progression, along with mentorship to ensure success in the role.

The salary depends on experience but comes with a market leading total package.
