Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of multiple access and scaffolding projects. Prepare cost plans, budgets, valuations, and final accounts. Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to maximise profitability. Prepare and submit interim valuations and applications for payment. Assess and manage variations, change orders, and contractual claims. Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including payments and final accounts. Support project teams with commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle. Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates for senior management.
