      <description>Location: Mansfield | Salary: &amp;pound;380/day | Type: Contract | We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, managing the financial and contractual performance of a high-volume housing, property maintenance and refurbishment programme.  The successful candidate will have strong experience working with JCT contracts and be comfortable managing a large number of live jobs simultaneously. The role will involve overseeing approximately 400 jobs per month, covering works including kitchen installations, bathroom refurbishments, roofing, planned maintenance and general property works.  This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who is highly organised, commercially astute and confident working with large volumes of data, valuations, variations and compliance requirements.
