The successful candidate will support apprentices throughout their learning journey—from onboarding through to Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA)—ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to successfully complete their apprenticeship. This is a varied role combining teaching, coaching, assessment, learner support and employer engagement, with delivery taking place primarily online alongside regular employer visits where required.
