We are seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join our client''s team on a Major Rail Framework in their Welwyn Garden City office on a permanent basis.
Our client is an industry leader within the Rail space and have worked on a large scale projects across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Senior and Managing Quantity Surveyor''s in Commercial and contractual needs across a number of schemes at different stages.
* Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.
* Building and maintaining long standing relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure a project delivery that meets time and budgetary requirements.

Requirements:
* Experience working within the Infrastructure and or Civil Engineering space.
* Holds relevant Qualifications in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management
* Experience in Rail is adventurous.
* Able to confidently communicate with Subcontractors and suppliers, managing the process as well as their expectations.
