This is a fantastic opportunity to work on one of the UK’s largest infrastructure schemes, delivering key works across highways, earthworks, and associated civil engineering packages. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial function of civils packages across the project Administer NEC contracts (NEC3 / NEC4), ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements Prepare and manage valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts Identify, assess, and manage variations and change control procedures Monitor costs, forecast budgets, and provide accurate commercial reporting Manage and review subcontractor procurement, payments, and performance Work closely with operational teams to ensure commercial efficiency on highways and infrastructure works Support risk and opportunity management across the project Maintain robust commercial records and documentation Requirements Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on civils projects Strong background delivering infrastructure schemes (e.g. highways...
