You’ll take responsibility for the commercial management of allocated new-build housing developments, working closely with construction and technical teams from procurement through to final accounts. The Role You’ll manage development costs, maintain accurate forecasts and oversee subcontract packages, helping ensure projects are delivered within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage development budgets, monitor expenditure and prepare cost-to-complete forecasts. Produce regular cost-value reconciliations and commercial reports. Prepare tender enquiries, analyse quotations and negotiate subcontract packages. Place subcontract orders with clearly defined scopes of work. Assess and agree subcontractor valuations, variations and final accounts. Monitor site progress and attend commercial and construction meetings.
